I loved everything. Nicely located. Half an hour from Hania Airport. There are many restaurants nearby. Rooms are big, clean. It's a balcony. Lovely breakfasts. Clean beach.
There's nothing wrong with that.

The standard twin room is amazing and has coffee and tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk.

the hotel is situated in a fantastic location near loungers, a bus stop, shops, and plenty of dining options. Njoy Pool Bar, located 200 meters away, serves excellent drinks. 3. the breakfast is luxurious with a stunning view and offers healthy food options.

I enjoyed my stay at the Thalassa Beach Resort very much. I was particularly impressed with the level of good servive by all the staff. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel directly next to the beach was one of the hotels best features. Also the upper floor bedroom arrangement in the Junior Suite was an added attraction.
One aspect of the hotel which was dissapointing was the lack of enough sun loungers around the pool and the garden. There are plenty of sun loungers available on the beach but these have to be paid for which I think should also be provided for free.

Extremly clean and nice place, highly recommended if you looking for a net and beautiful hotel with high care. The bartender at the pool - Manos - is one of the greatest Greek guys! :O) That was relaxing to return to his hospitality at the end of a long day.

The room we stayed in was a good size with a cozy balcony and super comfortable beds, plus the location was great, with the airport just 25 km away.

I would not advise make manicure in the hotel's spa...

We were very happy with the friendliness of the hotel staff. You get greeted with a smile everywhere you go, especially when you pass the reception. Also big congratulation to restaurant. The restaurant manager greets and helps people with a very professional attitude. It was very nice having few items changed every morning for breakfast.

Located in a beautiful area, with plenty to do down the beach and in the Chania region. the rooms are some of the best I’ve seen, with comfy beds and incredible views. the breakfast spread is a real highlight, with so many options to choose from. the spa treatments were top-notch, as were the staff who were always welcoming and happy to help.
The cost of items from the pool bar was quite expensive, which was a little disappointing.

Staff attention and hotel location. The beach is wonderful.
They charge beach chairs for guests. It shoud be free or included in the room rate.

I stayed here during the trip and enjoyed it. The staff was extremely polite and pretty friendly and created quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants in the area as well as a nice clean beach.
The staff were miserable, didn't expect that coming.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
